Please include the words "Refund Question" in the subject line of your e-mail so that we can address your question quickly.

There are two refund options to choose from:

• Our Keep the Book Money Back guarantee, where you keep the book and receive a refund excluding the shipping and handling costs. If you ordered 2 books and you wish to keep the books, you will receive a full refund excluding $19.98. If you ordered 3 books and you wish to keep the books, you will receive a full refund excluding $29.97.
• Or receive a full refund after sending us the book back.

Finally, and this is totally optional and at your discretion, we sure would appreciate it if you would include some explanation for your choice so we can work to make the product better. We want satisfied customers and we appreciate and welcome your feedback.
