I am so so very happy with this book! It is a lot to absorb because it is so informative, but take the time to review it for what you will actually use. I also had a question about essential oils, I found the Forgotten Home Apothercary facebook page and sent them a message and they replied with such great information and understanding. I recommend this book 110%!

I can't wait to get started on some of the things that are in here for the now!!! and I'm sure I will be using a lot more in the future!!!

This is the coolest book ever!

Unlike a lot of books that show general information about natural remedies, this one goes straight to the point. Everything is clear, you have large images, dosage instructions, close-ups of the plants to help you identify them easily, and most important to me, step-by-step instructions for every of the 250 remedies. Plus, I saw there are some tips inside on how to increase the efficiency of the remedies. This is the kind of information I need from a book.

I saw this book on TikTok and immediately ordered it. It is exactly as shown in the ads! The layout is lovely and easy to follow. The recipes are clear and made with ingredients that are easy to find. I would but this one again!

I just received my copy, although I purchased mine through Nicole Apelians site. I wanted to clarify the remedies starting at "48" confusion I've seen reviewed a number of times and became a concern for me. The truth is the first remedy isn't number 48 of the 250 remedies but it's recipe is in page. 48. I hope that clears up any confusion.

Finally, someone wrote a book for me. I've been a fan of Dr. Apelian for some time now and this one seems to be tailored to my needs. I love natural remedies, but I struggle to find them in one place, with all the instructions, details, and pictures that would help me make these remedies. Well, this book has 250 recipes! It would be impossible not to find something good for me and my family.

This is my second book from her. This one totally beats the first! I love the layout, and I have been able to find the products fairly easily, and I have already put it to some great use. The only thing that I would suggest it have is each recipe… what it would yield. But you can basically figure that out by the ingredients. I would love to meet this lady and really commend her great work. Thank you, Dr. Nicole Apelian!!! Keep up the great work!

This is a well planned book that came shipped very well. The only this I don't like is that the pages are a little thin and I feel like they should be a better quality.

Everyone should have a book like this, a whole libray even, from injury to natural cures feels nice to hold

I really love the layout and that every remedy has a color photo and exactly instructions on how to prepare. Many publications don't think of these as recipes that need to be visual with a simple list of ingredients and instructions. IMHO this layout should be a template for books with this type of information.

This is a must have in everyone's home. I am blown away with so many different remedies and it's all natural.

Vary happy with this book. While most of the recipes can be found online, it is nice to have them all in one spot. As with any herbal remedy, it is best to do your research and ask your doctor or pharmacist if there are any potential reactions with medications you may be taking.

This book is more of a how to encyclopedia on how to make your own remedies for holistic healing. I will be using this book over and over again.
